Changing or resetting the trial password
If you are not the person who set up the trial and have forgotten the password, first ask the person who set the trial up what it is, as there is only one password for the trial.
A request to change the password can only be sent to the administrator email address (the email address provided when the trial was originally set up). Therefore, access to this email address is necessary to change the password (knowing the old password is not necessary).

Then click the button to send a message to the administrator email address. This email will contain instructions on how to change the password. You can not send the email multiple times over a short period. Please check your spam folder and with your email provider if you have not received it.
A new password can be set using the special link contained in the email. Note this link expires after 7 days.
Please note that the login page on the Sealed Envelope website is exclusively for accessing comprehensive randomisation apps, and is not connected to the Simple service. Trying to reset the password for a Simple or Simple+ service trial using the 'Forgot your password' link on this page will not work.
