How to pay for the Simple or Simple+ service
Payment for the service is made through the administration area of the trial. You can pay either by invoice or using a credit /debit card.
First you need to log into the administration area using the trial password.
Then click on "Order randomisations"
Choose the number of randomisations to purchase, complete your billing information and select how you want to pay (invoice or credit card). Click on "Next" to complete the payment.
If you chose the credit or debit card payment method you will be taken to a Stripe checkout screen to complete payment. Successful payment results in your order being immediately fulfilled and the randomisations added to your trial.
If you chose the invoice payment method our accounts department are notified and we will send you an invoice by email within a day or two. Once this invoice has been paid your order will be fulfilled and the randomisations added to your trial.
