Randomisation API

The randomisation API allows your server or database programme to perform randomisations using Sealed Envelope or download randomisations on demand. If enabled, the API username and password will be shown on the specification page. Documentation for developers is available on request — please contact support.

The API is used by the Open Clinica Randomize module to perform randomisation from within Open Clinica. It has also been used by customers to download randomisations to REDCap.

We have also customised our randomisation systems to push randomisation and/or kit code information to external EDC systems such as REDCap and REDCap Cloud using their APIs. Get in contact with us if this is something you'd like to do for your trial.
