Withdrawal

You can set any date field in your CRF to be the date of withdrawal by ticking the Date of withdrawal box.

Adding a date of withdrawal

If the date of withdrawal is entered in Red Pill, then any visits due on or after this date will become inaccessible and appear greyed-out. However, this only applies to visits that have a defined due date. If a visit has no due date, or a text description (such as ‘At any time’) has been added, then it will still be accessible after the date of withdrawal.

Forms that were completed before the date of withdrawal will remain accessible and may be viewed and edited in the normal way.

If multiple withdrawal date fields are specified, the earliest value will be used.
